Mulled Cider
Mulled Cider is a holiday favorite, and the recipe is very easy…
Ingredients needed:
- apple cider
- cinnamon sticks
- whole cloves
- allspice
- brown sugar
In a saucepan combine 6 cups of cider, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, cinammon, allspice and cloves. Bring to a boil stirring steadily, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Holiday Punch
The best holiday punch is going to be an easy one! It’s very easy to make a great-tasting punch. Most recipes call for mixing a couple of different types of juices together and adding a touch of color and spice.
Warm Punch Recipe
Ingredients needed:
- unsweetened pineapple juice
- cranberry juice
- brown sugar
- whole cloves
Into slow-cooker (aka crock-pot) combine equal parts cranberry and unsweetened pineapple juices. Add 1/8 cup brown sugar to every 2 cups of liquid. Add a cinammon stick, a few cloves, and cook on low for 4 hours.
